Sanity Radio Competition Terms and Conditions

1. Eligibility: All participants must be residents of the United Kingdom and aged 18 or older to enter Sanity Radio competitions, unless otherwise specified.

2. Entry: To enter our competitions, participants must follow the instructions provided on the competition page. Entries must be submitted within the specified entry period.

3. Multiple Entries: Unless otherwise stated, only one entry per person is allowed for each competition. Multiple entries will be disqualified.

4. Winners: Winners will be selected at random from eligible entries unless the competition specifies an alternative method of selection. The decision of Sanity Radio is final, and no correspondence will be entered into regarding the winner selection process.

5. Prizes: Prizes will be as described on the competition page. No cash or alternative prizes will be offered unless explicitly stated. Prizes are non-transferable.

6. Notification: Winners will be notified by the contact information provided during entry (email, phone, or social media). If a winner does not respond within seven days of notification, a new winner may be chosen.

7. Public Announcement: By entering our competitions, participants agree that their names may be announced on Sanity Radio to acknowledge them as winners. If you do not wish for your name to be announced, please inform us at the time of winning.

8. Privacy: Participant information will only be used for the purposes of the competition and will not be shared with third parties without consent.

9. Disqualification: Sanity Radio reserves the right to disqualify entries that do not comply with these terms and conditions or that are deemed inappropriate or fraudulent.

10. Amendment and Termination: Sanity Radio reserves the right to amend or terminate any competition at any time without prior notice. In the event of termination, no prizes will be awarded.

11. Liability: Sanity Radio and its affiliates are not responsible for any loss, damage, or injury related to our competitions or the use of any prizes awarded.

12. Governing Law: These terms and conditions are governed by the laws of England and Wales.
